🚫 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — often limited-edition, handcrafted, or novelty giftware — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. Please double-check your order details and shipping information before finalizing your purchase.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
While we pack every order with care, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
A clear photo of the item and packaging
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
We will evaluate each report on a case-by-case basis, and may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion.
📨 Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to:
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Carrier delays or errors
Weather or other natural disruptions
Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of the carrier. We recommend tracking your package using the number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
